Hello! I’m Kiki-lei Cauthen, the proud owner of Drawn Comfort. With 16 years of experience in the medical field as a phlebotomist, medical assistant, and PCA I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate and effective healthcare. My journey includes 14 years at Yale New Haven Hospital and 9 years at Quest Diagnostics Center, where I was honored to receive the Compliance Excellence Award and featured twice in their company-wide newsletter for various innovative projects.
One of my proudest contributions while working at Yale was being a part of the Quiet Kit and Cluster Care Program, designed to enhance patient sleep and promote healing. Throughout my career, I discovered my passion for drawing blood, which I believe is an essential aspect of patient care.
Having witnessed both positive impacts and challenges in the healthcare industry, I founded Drawn Comfort to address these issues. Our mobile phlebotomy service is designed to bring healthcare directly to you, ensuring a personal connection and a positive bedside manner, all from the comfort of your own home.
